and just like that he left
it was early this morning.
I was glad he left early
with his car packed with way too much fucking stuff
he is on his way to college
and now my wife and I are back to just us again
not permanently of course but it is a big change
it is an odd weird empty feeling
you have done what you could to get them to this point
now you have to hope they can go further without you
